ministry with the poor

Ministry with the Poor shall seek the human and spiritual development in evangelizing and working with the poor, encompassing the four dimensions of destitutions, viz., material, social, moral and spiritual destitutions (Art. 96).

ministry of mercy

Continuous updating and training shall be given to priests, men and women in consecrated life and lay Ministers of Mercy in order to equip them with pastoral and professional skills in helping and counseling the vulnerable members of the community, viz., persons with alcohol and drug problems and other similar addictions, the families and victims of Extra-Judicial Killings, victims of violence and the like, in the parish communities (Art. 156).

pastoral care of migrants and itinerant people

Ministry for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People shall coordinate and develop specific pastoral and social programs for and services to people-on-the-move and their families including formation programs for Overseas Filipino Workers to make them more aware of their missionary role of witnessing to the truths of the Gospel in their employment and residence overseas (Art. 160).

Prison Apostolate shall promote and provide programs and opportunities to meet the unique needs of the prisoners and their families, ex-prisoners and their families, victims and their families, the correctional employees and the volunteers in prison service (Art. 157).

Health Care Apostolate that shall promote the pastoral care for the sick, differently-abled persons, the aged and the dying as well as build up public awareness and involvement for their condition and care. (Art. 158)
