The Family and Life Ministry shall create and implement sustained integral programs of Sanctification, Formation and Christian Service that shall support and strengthen the dignity, harmony, and stability of the family, instill value on the sacredness of life and shall deepen appreciation of and enlightenment on the importance of sacramental marriage, responsible parenthood and enrichment of married-family life (Art. 150).
Biblical Apostolate shall promote evangelization through the Sacred Scriptures and making the Word of God available to all through formation programs and the widespread distribution of Bibles (Art. 131).
Adult, Youth and Children shall be given regular Faith Formation programs in the most convenient times, including Sunday Catechism in all parishes and schools. Catechetical programs for out-of-school youth and family life faith formation programs shall also be given Art. 64).
The Archdiocese shall establish and promote the Youth Ministry through on-going and sustainable programs that are relevant to the needs and issues of the youth and the youth ministers to provide for them opportunities to grow in the faith, to inspire and challenge them in their Christian life, and to make them capable and efficient leaders in the Church and society (Art.134).
Basic Ecclesial Communities shall be established and sustained in all parishes and receive regular and updated catechetical modules which shall include catechism on doctrines on faith and morals, prayer, sacraments, the stand of the Church on social and relevant issues affecting the faith and morals of the community.(Art. 60)
Ministry on Social Communications is established to evangelize the means of social communications and effectively use such to evangelize, and to organize, coordinate and supervise all social communications activities. (Art. 163)
Ministry on Vocations whose main function is to promote and foster priestly and religious vocations, as well as assist, initiate, articulate and contextualize vocation programs and activities in the Archdiocese. (Art. 126)
The Ministry on Pananabangan shall promote and ensure that Pananabangan Formation programs are continuously given in the Archdiocese by regularly providing updated formational modules, coordinating Archdiocesan Pananabangan celebrations and providing tools and venues for regular monitoring and assessment of its different programs in coordination with Archdiocesan Commissions, Ministries and Apostolates.( Art. 138)
Ministry on Cultural Heritage of the Church shall promote the cultural heritage of the Church as an invaluable aid to evangelization and catechesis as well as to assist the Bishop in his pastoral care of the Church’s temporal goods. (Art. 169).
